JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE SANTA FE REGIONAL EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT CONCERNING TIlE OPERATION OF THE SANTA FE REGIONAL EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE SANTA FE REGIONAL EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

Shall serve as the governing board of the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center. Shall provide oversight and direction for the operations of the RECC and shall regularly advise the governing bodies of the City of Santa Fe, Santa Fe County and Town of Edgewood. Shall interview candidates for the Director of the RECC and be responsible for the hiring, firing and discipline of the Director.

• Shall consist of the following eight members: Police Chief, Fire Chief and City Manager from the City of Santa Fe; Sheriff, Fire Chief and County Manager from Santa Fe County and the Police Chief of the Town of Edgewood. One member at large shall be chosen by the City and County Managers and Town Mayor of Edgewood.

Meeting Schedule
Shall meet regularly, but no less than quarterly and generally holds regular meeting four times a year in January, April, July and October. Board usually holds a budget meeting in March.
