A. $150 cleaning and damage deposit and $100 rental activity fee (per day/per activity) Q. Will the cleaning and damage deposit be returned after use of the Center? A. Deposits may be kept if the facility is damaged or not cleaned to the Community Center Committee’s satisfaction. Q. Is the activity Rental Fee refundable? A. No, the activity fee is nonrefundable because this fee covers the utility and maintenance costs for the facility. Q. Is alcohol or smoking permitted? Q. Is Security Provided? A. No, security is to be provided and paid for by the private party if deemed necessary by the Community Center Board or the renter. |
