Community Projects DivisionProject Development Provide an efficient, cost effective and accountable project management team for all Santa Fe County Capital improvement projects. Insuring that the use of public funds and the associated requirements are met through all processes of facility project management. Duties Provide project management, including fiscal, program and construction management of Santa Fe County Capital improvement projects. Oversee and administer Community Development block Grants (CDBG), Infrastructure Capital Improvement Projects (ICIP), and various capital improvements.
