OverviewThe Santa Fe County Land Use Department provides services such as zoning, subdivisions, lot splits, development permits for building, business registrations, community planning, code enforcement, hydrology, terrain management, special-use permits, and utility allocation to county citizens. Jack Kolkmeyer is the Land Use Director and is responsible for the divisions within the Land Use department.
