The Division staff team coordinates the planning, design, construction and maintenance of the County assets we are responsible for through a combination of forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring and working closely with the community and facility users. The Division is focused on providing direct service to the community and to support the County's mission, goals and objectives by creating and maintaining the building and property assets of the County. The Division strives to develop and maintain the County assets in order to provide a safe, functional and enjoyable environment for the public and facility users.
