Building ServicesThe Building Services Program provides the daily upkeep and management of the primary County administrative and community facilities. The program provides for the daily cleaning of facilities, along with the general interior and exterior maintenance such as painting, landscaping and accessibility. The Program also provides assistance for special event set-up, office/furniture arrangement, and periodic major cleaning of floors and carpets. The Building Services Program maintains a work order system for County staff and facility users to request services and to assist in documenting facility needs. The Program works to keep all facilities cleanly and to maintain a safe, healthy and pleasant working environment for the public and staff at the various County facilities.
