Projects Program
The Projects Program is responsible for all new construction and remodeling of County buildings, facilities and parks/open spaces. The Program is responsible for all aspects of project development including community input, project scoping, project design, construction, and close-out. The Program portfolio includes facilities from large to small scale including everything from the new judicial courthouse to fire station remodels to creation of small pocket parks.
The Program creates and manages each project with the individual project stakeholders/users and the various County and other governmental agencies involved in the development process. While each project is unique, the Program strives to employ consistent and reliable forecasting, budgeting, and management tools in the development of each facility.
