On the above date the victim and suspect got in to an arguement over a female calling the victim on his cell phone. After arguing for a while the suspect battered the victim and was placed under arrest when deputies arrived on scene.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and upon arrival learned that John Blake had threatened to shoot a household member with a shotgun which he had brandished.  He was arrested and booked for Aggravated Assault against a Household Member.

Suspect:  Jolyn Romero, 21, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Driving While License Suspended or

                   Revoked, Warrant - Failure to Appear

On 3-12-2010 at 12:26 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and failed to observe another vehicle which had stopped at the location for a red traffic control signal.  As a result the suspect's vehicle struck the other vehicle.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is suspended.  A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court.

On 3-12-2010 at 1:42 AM the suspect was a passenger in a vehicle which had been stopped at the location for a traffic violation.  A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect had been issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

Gary Onstott was arrested for DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on I-25 mm293 and showed signs of impairment.  His Brac was .08 or greater. No injuries reported.
